Position: Receptionist – Part time

Then an exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and enthusiastic applicant to become part of our Reception Team working at our Thornton clinic. The hours are 24 per week, between 8 am and 7 pm Monday to Wednesday on a rota system, plus one in four Saturday mornings.

This role offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to work within a professional team in a forward thinking progressive Company. You will be expected to work in co-operation with all departments and have great communication skills.
You would be responsible for client care, face to face and over the telephone as well as be involved in team meetings, cleaning rotas, stock control and Reception Administration, which will run alongside. You would be working alongside the Team leader and two other Reception staff on a set rota but this would be expected to change slightly when holiday /sickness/ absence cover is needed. You would ensure protocols are adhered to and amended as necessary. Full training will be given to the new candidate.

A smart appearance (uniform will be provided)
Current IT skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Good attention to detail and able to follow set protocols
This role would suit an applicant with a solid background in Customer Service and general administration
