We are pleased to share that we’ve had our protective screens fitted at all sites now, as well as putting extra safety measures in place to keep everyone safe.
Our new safe process:
🐾 We have a traffic system: please wait at the bottom of the ramp until the light is green.
🐾 When the light is green please move up to doorway and wait for our receptionist to guide you.
🐾 As you enter reception, please use the hand sanitiser provided. If our staff ask you about this, please kindly respect our need to do so.
🐾 Please bring a mask to wear whilst inside.
🐾 Only 1 client to come with each animal please.
🐾 Please keep a safe 2m distance from other people and our staff to ensure everyone is kept safe.
🐾 We ask you to make payments by card.
🐾 We have screens in our consulting rooms to allow you to hold smaller animals safely. Larger animals will still be held by a nurse whilst you wait in our waiting room. This will help keep everyone safe.
🐾 We are also now able to carry out many more procedures but we are catching up so it may take longer to schedule a routine appointment. Poorly animals will always be prioritised.
🐾Repeat prescriptions, food and flea/worm treatment must continue to be pre ordered by emailing prescriptions firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
🐾 We are still more than happy to answer emails where you need to speak to us for non- urgent matters, and aim to respond within 24 hours. And of course, you can call us at anytime.
🐾 Please don’t come down to practice if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 14 days, even if it’s an emergency situation. If you call us first, we will help you over the phone as quickly as possible to sort an alternative arrangement.
🐾 Finally, we would like to Thankyou for your kindness and patience as we move back toward a “new normal”. Things will still take longer than normal so we apologise if you have a longer wait than normal.
